DK Store — consumer electronics store

We built the store from scratch: from structure and interface to a catalogue with device configurations, a cart and product management. We keep developing the live project.

DK Store home page

Task

Electronics buyers choose not only a model but also a configuration. The store has to manage its range, prices and content so that information stays consistent along the whole purchase path.

Approach

We designed and built the storefront on Next.js and the management system on Medusa. Search, filters, variant selection and the cart work together. We added price-list and publishing management and prepared the pages for search engines.

Result

The store is live and developing. The catalogue with device variants, product pages, cart and content management are in place. Delivery is confirmed by page checks and automated tests; the effect on sales was not measured separately.

Architecture

  • Next.js storefront: catalogue, search and product pages
  • Configurator: memory, colour and other model options
  • Medusa: products, prices and content
  • Cart with the selected configuration and current prices
  • Blog, metadata and product structured data
